At Garvie Mountain Angus we strive to produce the best tasting and most natural beef we can. All of our cows and calves are pasture fed all summer long. They are supplemented with mineral and vitamin licks as well as a grain mixture that comes from our very own grain fields. In fall all the animals are fed fresh chopped corn silage which we have found adds weight and most importantly an excellent flavour to the meat. During winter the cows feed off wrapped grass silage and dry hay rolls.
